Ghanaian television presenter, Mona Gucci was recently exposed for being involved in visa scams through which she’s defrauded tons of Ghanaians.
Mona was heard in an audio loudly bragging that she is responsible for securing travel documents for multiple Ghanaian celebrities whenever they go outside in an attempt to defraud someone.
She name-checked many celebrities she claims to have secured visas for, including Shatta Wale, Kofi Kinaata and KiDi, of Lynx entertainment.

Mona Gucci came out defiantly to deny the claims of being a fraudster and pauper. She claimed she’s just too well-to-do to bother with scamming anyone, anointing herself as the 2nd highest earner at Onua TV after Captain Smart.
However, an alleged victim of hers has surfaced to narrate their story.
According to the lady, Mona scammed her all the way back in 2005!
According to her, Mona claimed they were travelling to Nigeria to film a movie but after collecting their monies, the trip turned, as we say down here, ‘beans’.
The lady claims her uncle, a top police official, gave her the money for the trip hence he later sent officers to arrest Mona Gucci.

Recently, when news broke that a Ghanaian celebrity called Mona was wanted for fraud in the United States, Mona Gucci said she wasn’t the one involved and that it was actually Hajia 4 Real, also known in real life as Mona Montrage.
She was later proven right as Hajia got arrested, however, stories like these make it clear who the senior scammer in the game is and it’s definitely the Abigail Williams & Co lawyer!
