Globetrotting Ghanaian lawyer and media personality, Sandra Ankobiah, has reacted after going viral for saying she cannot find a man.
Sandra had tweeted recently a graphic of an article saying the world population has hit 8 billion.
She captioned the graphic: “And I still can’t get a man,”
The media, reasonably, concluded from her post that Sandra Ankobiah cannot find a man, and she went viral over the tweet.
After riding the trends, Sandra now claims she was just joking, and is blaming the media for over-sensationalising her post.
According to her, no one in their right minds can reasonably expect that a beautiful, sassy chic like her cannot land any man she wants on planet earth.
“So you really believe that… me??! A whole me? Not half me ooo 😂😂 hehehehehehe,” she tweeted.
In a follow-up tweet, Sandra said she was joking and laid into blogs for reporting her exact words.
“My ‘I can’t get a man in spite of 8 billion people on earth’ JOKE is all over the blogs and main stream media. So somebody cannot play with you people again?! 😃😃” Sandra said.
Colleague celebs, Bridget Otoo and Lydia Forson, joined in with Sandra’s ‘woe-is-me’ brigade, claiming they cannot joke online without going viral.
Meanwhile, as celebs, they thrive on going viral – poor them!

Anyway, Sandra ended by adding: “As much as some of you would love for some of these negative stories/narratives to be true, I’m sorry to disappoint you, but they are not.,”
Maybe if you don’t want people to think you can’t find a man – don’t say you can’t find a man. Shocking, right?
It’s almost like the whole post was designed to get attention.
These people love getting attention – then complain about getting attention!
