Rapper Sarkodie has responded to rumours that he always jumps on other musicians’ records to steal their thunder.
The rumours have been mongered for years, but the rapper has never officially addressed it, but this statement might be his last word on the issue.
Sarkodie sat with Jay Foley and C-Real as they chatted about the rapper’s latest projects.
Addressing how the Black Sherif was featured on the JAMZ album, Sarkodie claimed the “KTT” hitmaker reached out to him last minute.
He also clarified that he never looks out for the hottest artiste to work with, as a section of Ghanaians has been insinuating.
However, he said that he used to defend himself when people said he was an “opportunist,” but eventually decided not to address them.
In his opinion, if it’s not true, it needs no clarification.
