The poverty wave causing havoc in Ghana has entered the camps of Celebrities as Yvonne Nelson refused to honour a kind gesture.
Actress Yvonne Nelson was ushered into a program by a man dancing Adowa to pay homage.
As custom demands, the guest is expected to appreciate the honour bestowed upon her by spreading money on the dancer.
In this case, Yvonne acknowledged the kind gesture and the honour but said she has no money to give out.
She happily danced with the man and said inaudibly, ‘nothing, nothing ‘ . The disappointed dancer had no choice but to move on sadly to honour other dignitaries.
Well, who can blame Yvonne when everyone is barely trying to survive in Ghana.
