Chairman Wontumi, a Popular Ghanaian politician, who has been revealed as the owner of a gold mining company has been spotted cruising in another luxurious sports car in Ghana.
This is not the first luxury car acquired by the gold magnate born Bernard Antwi Boasiako who is popularly known as Chairman Wontumi.
His good taste in luxury vehicles has pushed him to throw over GHC2.5 million on a Rolls Royce Wraith, he also owns a Lincoln Navigator and several other vehicles.
When it comes to vehicles, there is no telling what to expect from Chairman Wontumi. The newest addition to his car collection is a Chevrolet Corvette which has a starting price of $60,900, a cedi equivalent of over GH¢800,000.
Chairman Wontumi was seen in a video circulating on social media answering some questions from journalists who stopped him on the road while taking a cruise in his Corvette.
Being the show off that he is, Chairman Wontumi customized the number plate of a sports car with his initials to prove to critics that indeed he owns the vehicle.

Some netizens are however not excited about the politician’s act of showing off. They claim he used monies earned from illegal mining from his company to find his lavish lifestyle.
Chairman Wontumi’s mining company, Akonta Mining, has been fingered in a couple of lawsuits and made headlines for allegedly engaging in galamsey ( illegal mining ) in first reserves.
The politician has not uttered a word to his defense and critics online are coming for his head over the said headlines.
