A few weeks ago, Dancegodloyd missed a huge performance featuring American singer and dancer Usher at the Global Citizen festival.
After the global citizen festival performance, Dancer Nicholas Botchey, popularly known as Afrobeast, sat with Andy Dosty.
He revealed the reason his partner and co-founder of the dance group Dance with Purpose didn’t join the crew on stage.
“Dancegod Lloyd happened to be in Nigeria during the rehearsals,” said Afrobeast. “He missed 90% of the entire rehearsal sessions.”
Meanwhile, before the Global Citizen Festival, a rumour was rife that the Dancegod Lloyd had parted ways with DWP Academy.
After the Global Citizen brouhaha, the group manager, Quables, confirmed unresolved issues with the dancer.
However, things look good for the dancer as he is up to winning an award for his hard work over the years.
