The controversial socialite has reiterated that even though Ghanaians believe he is into men, he loves women.

He says his affinity for bright colors, odd fashion sense, and association with gays should not deduce his sexual orientation.

The father of a 15-year-old daughter says many facts about his personal life prove beyond reasonable doubt that he is not queer.

“I am not the only man in Ghana who wears nail polish. People have weird fashion sense but they make noise when I do the same. I went to the National Theatre with my 15-year-old daughter, the videos are there. Do gays have babies?”

Nana Tonardo further pointed out he has never had his sexuality questioned abroad.

Nonetheless, he is harassed with the same question wherever he goes in Ghana.

“Gays don’t have babies, gays don’t marry their own genders. I am not gay. Men have proposed to me, a lot of them. Let me tell you, I have a lot of gay friends in America. it is only in Ghana that presenters ask about someone’s sexuality…I owe no one an explanation.”

Referencing a known face to corroborate his claims, Nana Tonardo revealed that Ayisha Modi knows “his type” in women.
