The lady was completely in shock to meet the real Kofi Kinaata and nearly fainted outright.
She was breathing heavily and could barely talk and had to bend over just to stay on her feet.
Kofi Kinaata was in a car and rolled down his windows to converse with his overwhelmed fan.
The shocked fan continued asking if she had really met Kofi Kinaata as she refused to believe whatever was happening was real.

The American pop superstar could literally get fans to faint just by appearing on-stage.
There used to be concerts of his where multitude of fans would collapse the moment he appeared onstage.
