Ghanaian actor Agya Koo has incurred the wrath of some Ghanaians for rubbishing the works of Ghana’s first president Dr. KWAME Nkrumah and praising the works of President Akuffo Addo.
Agya Koo was captured in a recent interview with colleague actor Kwaku Manu where he applauded the ruling government; the New patriotic party, for surpassing the works of the first president Kwame Nkrumah.
In his view, the New Patriotic Party has done a great job in the development of Ghana during their tenure in office than what Kwame Nkrumah, the President who fought for our freedom did for the country.

He told Kwaku Manu that the reason why Ghanaians are not hearing the good works of President Akuffo Addo is that his communication department is not propagating it enough.
Agya Koo then proceeded to drop the ‘goof’ bomb, mentioning that Nana Addo has done more than the past presidents of the fourth republic.
He said, “Addo’s administration is the only one that has worked hard and kept its promises. Kufour took action. He made us value the concept of majority rule. I travel extensively throughout this country and have witnessed the enormous improvement in the person, thus I wonder why Communicators are failing to project.

“Although Ghanaians sometimes offend me, no government has performed as well as the one led by Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.”
“If you know history, you’ll realize Kwame Nkrumah didn’t accomplish anything. All he had done was “acquire what the border aces did.”
Many social media users disagree with the actor and have also advised broadcasters to desist from asking some celebrities sensitive questions.
One person on Facebook said not all celebrities have the brains to use so presenters should stop asking questions about sensitive topics in the country.
