A Nigerian man lost his car in an auction of greedy bids after it was impounded in Lagos.
The Lagos State Government’s Task Force listened to measly offers as low as ₦400,000 for the car, which obviously cost far more.
The unfairly treated man broke down in tears as he was present to witness greedy people bid for his vehicle.
He attempted to draw the attention of the officers auctioning his car but was treated with hostility.
Apparently, the worst part is that the people bidding were allegedly the same people who auctioned the vehicle.
Meanwhile, watch the sad video below.
Many were sad as they expressed disappointment in the task force for causing the distressed man so much unnecessary pain.
They also remarked that most of the officers retire to a life of abject misery because of their shortfalls.
Seeing that the man had been ripped off by the state, ex-BBNaija winner Mercy Eke offered to help defray the man’s losses.
Furthermore, check out Mercy’s offering below.
