How Did He Get It? – Ghanaians React to Expatriate Detained for Using Office of The President Sticker Without Authorisation

Ghanaians have reacted to news of an expatriate, Ghaadour Hishan-Hassaan, who used an office of the president sticker without authorization.

Ghaadour has been detained by the airport police Motor Traffic and Transport Directorate (MTTD).

He was driving a Nissan patrol with a siren and strobe light at the time of his arrest.

Furthermore, he followed an ambulance through traffic on the airport bypass.

He failed to stop after drawing the attention of the police MTTD and was pursued to effect his arrest.

Pulled over, he was charged with driving on the wrong side of the road and activating sirens without permission.

The effort of the police to clamp down on errant drivers accrued to the state of over GH¢258,000 in 2019.

The amount was realized from the 499 drivers arrested for breaching traffic regulations on various roads.

In the meantime, Ghanaians have been curious to know who gave Ghaadour the sticker.
