Gunmen attacked footballer Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and his family in the early hours of Monday morning, August 29 at his house in the Spanish city.
Several armed men climbed into the garden of the Barcelona forward at the complex in Castelldefels and threatened him with firearms and iron bars, El Pais reported.

According to the reports, Aubameyang was assaulted by the men in front of his wife Alysha Behague and his two children, Curtys, 11, and Pierre, six.
The criminals escaped in a white Audi A3 after gaining access to the player’s safe and stealing valuable possessions.
Police in Spain are currently on a search for the culprits after Aubameyang‘s wife, Behague alerted them.
The sad incident comes as Aubameyang was rumored to have returned to the Premier League after interest from Chelsea, just seven months after he left Arsenal due to disciplinary breaches.
