Before their wedding, Bridget and Vans had kept their relationship under wraps to avoid comments on social media.

This did not stop trills from talking as rumors surfaced on the wedding day that the broadcaster was heavily pregnant and the husband-to-be was an alleged playboy who has dated Abena Korkor before.
