Nicole Shanahan’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, has threatened legal action after calling his client’s affair with Elon a fake story.
Nicole, Elon’s alleged mistress, made headlines after rumours surfaced that she cheated on Sergey while they were separated.

Bryan Freedman said, “Make no mistake, any suggestion that Nicole had an affair with Elon Musk is not only an outright lie but also defamatory.”
Nicole may be considering her options, according to reports, after her lawyer used legal terms like “defamatory” days after the news surfaced.
After the report was published this weekend, Elon flatly refuted it, resorting to his favourite platform to do so.
He further explained, suggesting it couldn’t have been true, because he hadn’t had sex “in ages.”
The millionaire also stated that he recently saw Nicole’s husband, Sergey Brin.
They met at a party, and he shared a photo of the couple looking lovely together.
Sergey and Nicole were both mute until recently, which didn’t help Elon’s case.
Considering Nicole officially weighed in, her lawyer does feel more than comfortable taking further steps to rectify the issue.
