Ghanaians asked for it and now rapper Sarkodie real Michael Owusu has finally given them what they want– a song to bash the government and address the hardship in the economy.
The voice of rapper Sarkodie has been heard in a leaked excerpt of a song recorded to address the failing New Patriotic Party.
King Sark who has been silent for some time now decided to hit the studio and do what he knows best( speaking for the masses in a song), after being attacked multiple times by NDC supporters for pretending not to notice what citizens are going through in Ghana.
He expresses how angry he is with how the country’s officials are managing affairs and threw subliminal shots at the current government led by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo.
In the song, Sarkodie discussed political vigilantism and the nation’s “no employment syndrome” as well as bad leaders dragging the economy into a pit with their unnecessary spending.
He praised Dr. KWAME Nkrumah, the first president of Ghana, and said his death was a big loss to the country as successive presidents have only dragged the country backward.
