Singer Britney Spears is getting married today, June 9th 2022, in a private ceremony, GhanaCelebrities.Com has learned.
Britney and her fiance, Sam Asghari, are finally ready to walk down the aisle together.
TMZ reports the duo are getting married today in a small, private and intimate ceremony with just about 100 people in attendance.
Britney’s mother, her father and sister are all not expected to be present at the ceremony.
At the moment, there is no decision on who walks Britney down the aisle to give her away.
Britney’s fiance Sam proposed to her in September 2021, and she said yes!
The pair have been planning the wedding since then until this big day arrived.
Britney Spears met Sam Asghari on the set of her music video Slumber Party in 2016 and immediately felt a connection.
After they got engaged, she got pregnant in April this year but unfortunately suffered a miscarriage.
This would be the pop star’s third marriage after previous unions with Jason Alexander and Kevin Federline both ended unsuccessfully.
This would be Sam’s first marriage.
