The most shocking, trending news going around concerns the insane last will and testament of former NPP General Secretary Sir John.
Real name Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie, Sir John was filthy rich. Ridiculously rich. He owned lands, properties, investments and what have you, scattered all across the country.
Interestingly, or perhaps predictably, most of these properties and investments were acquired by Sir John after 2016.

He died amidst the COVID pandemic and his will was recently leaked, to the shock and chagrin of all Ghanaians.
The amount of properties he owned was simply absurd and has now been shared between his five children, his heir and nephew Michael Owusu Afriyie, and others.
Ghanaians are still digesting how one man acquired all those properties, including land at the Achimota Forest which is supposed to be protected by law.
Afia Schwarzenegger has reacted to the news of Sir John’s will.
Following the release of the will, we learnt there is to be an investigation into the circumstances under which Sir John acquired protected government lands.
However, the Lands Commission claims that a recent flood which hit Accra has destroyed their documents and files.
Afia could not believe that news and urged Ghanaian youth to rise up and fight the corrupt politicians.
