Barely months ago, we reported that Blakk Rasta had described Black Sherif’s craft as one-way, cautioning him to diversify.
Blakk Rasta further called Black Sherif a lucky artiste, with no consideration for his talent, work and sacrifices.
Blakk Rasta is recorded to have said these pitiful words in an interview when Black Sherif’s song KTT was still making waves.

Consequently, Black Sherif has defended himself in a new video making the rounds on social media.
He was shown a video of Blakk Rasta disparaging his ability and artistry in the video, which he found pretty disheartening.
Responding to the video, Black Sherif narrated his journey and struggles before his recognition and global acceptance.
He did not mince words when he meant to caution the likes of Blakk Rasta to desist from hating on him while disguising it as advice.
