Emmanual Kofi Botchwey, popularly known as Kwaw Kese is a Ghanaian artist, rapper, and songwriter known for his unique musical style.

Born in Agona Swedru in the Central Region of Ghana, Kwaw Kese became one of the most sought-after musicians in the 2000s.

As he grew to become a household name, Ghanaians probed to know him beyond the music, and his love life has been a rollercoaster ride.

Kwaw Kese has had two marriages in his life. He has three children, albeit one of them died three days after delivery.

In 2008, he married an American called Ann. The two shared life for six years before divorcing in 2014.

They finalized their divorce in the United States, with the grounds for their split remaining unclear.

Despite staying in the marriage for six years, Kwaw Kese and Ann did not have any children.

In April 2016, the rapper married his long-term girlfriend, Doris Nana Pokuaa Kyei Baffour.

Kwaw Kese and Nana Pokuaa currently have three children: Van Ewurabena Botwe, Docilla Nana Hemaa Botchwey, and Sean Sahyoun.

In 2018, the couple welcomed a boy at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital. But he developed some heart complications during birth, which led to his untimely death three days later.

Despite all of this, Kwaw Kese has his head held high, sharing a stunning photo of the woman behind it.
