Burna Boy Drops Historic Performance of Black Sherif’s Second Sermon at New York’s Madison Square Garden – Video

Nigerian music superstar Burnaboy wowed over 20,000 fans with a spectacular performance of Black Sherif’s Second Sermon remix at Madison Square Garden.

Burnaby performed the single, both his parts and Sherif’s parts, to the sold-out crowd at the Mecca of American event arenas.

Video of the amazing moment popped up online following the concert, notching another feather in the cap of young Black Sherif.

Burnaboy became the first African artiste to sell out the iconic Madison Square Garden, filling the arena to capacity for his One Night in Space Show.

He earlier became the first African Artiste to even headline the venue, before selling out his tickets before the April 28th show.

Black Sherif’s moment came as Burna peformed the complete Second Sermon Remix to the capacity crowd who could not get enough of the single.

Mohamed Ismail Sherif, popularly known as Black Sherif, is a Ghanaian rap artiste who rose to prominence with the release of Second Sermon.

Burnaboy fell in love with the single and got himself on the remix, sending Black Sherif into stardom in Nigeria as well.

Their collaboration came full circle Thursday night as Burnaboy performed the Black Sherif song at Madison Square Garden
