Former Nigerian president, Goodluck Jonathan escapes death in fatal accident – Two Feared Dead

The convoy of former Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan was involved in a ghastly accident yesterday in Abuja.

Although the ex-president escaped death and any injury, the accident claimed the lives of two police officers riding with him.

Reports confirm the accident happened on Abuja when the ECOWAS special envoy was on his way from the Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport to his residence.emm

An aide disclosed to the press that the ex-president was doing fine but is moved to mourning by the death of his security aides.?

Goodluck Jonathan was quoted to have described the incident as a painful one and has assured proper care for the injured and the remains of the deceased.
