Fast rising Ghanaian musician Black Sherif has made the country proud by being the first Ghanaian to top Apple Music chart in Nigeria.
This history was made possible a few days after releasing his song ‘ Kwaku the Traveller’ and successfully garnering traction on all social media platforms in both Ghana and Nigeria.
Blacko was ranked number 1 on Nigeria’s Top 100 hit songs on Apple Music, an achievement no Ghanaian musician has clocked in a long time.

He beat the likes of Burna Boy, Davido, Wizkid, Joeboy and even Finesse by Pheelz and Buju.

Kwaku The Traveler’ from Black Sheeif was produced by Joker Nharnah and talks about the countless mistakes he’s made as a teenager, and how he’s not going to let them stop him from trapping his way up.
Killer Blacko was born and raised in the Ashanti Region of Ghana but has cultivated a cult following which spreads across the globe.
Before his successful 1st and 2nd Sermons in 2021, the young trapper had already released ‘Money’ and ‘Destiny’ 2020.
