Out of control activist, Twene Jonas descended on Ghanaian leaders with fire and fury following the passage of the e-levy bill.

Jonas blasted President Akufo-Addo and his vice, Mahamudu Bawumia, in one of his trademark roast videos.

He rained literal insults on the duo for the passage of the wicked electronic transactions bill.

President Akufo-Addo signed the e-levy bill into law today, March 31st 2022 following its passage by Parliament.

The legislature passed the bill Tuesday, March 29th on a party-line vote after the minority staged a walk-out.

The President signed it into law today.

The law places a 1.5% tax on every mobile money transaction above Ghc 100.

Ghanaians heavily kicked against it as it’s another burden in a country already fraught with burdens such as galloping fuel prices and soaring inflation.

The politicians didn’t care and passed it anyway.

Jonas rained his trademark insults on Akufo-Addo and Bawumia in response.
