A Ghanaian man based in Canada says majority of Ghanaians are dishonest and he would never set up a business here even if given free capital.
Samuel Boateng is a Ghanaian based in Canada and has revealed his attempts to set businesses down here have all failed.
He spoke with SVTV Africa’s ‘Daily Hustle Worldwide’ program, revealing how Ghanaians cheated him.
Boateng revealed, he started a Uber business in Ghana with four cars but it went no where.

According to him, the person he put in charge of collecting the profits and sending them to him never did so after he left Ghana.
He eventually had to come back for his cars and sell them cheaply.
“I set up an Uber business and a tricycle business. I bought about four cars and right after I left Ghana, he never sent me the money. All he had to do was send the money weekly,” Samuel revealed.
“So I took the cars and sold them cheap. The driver told me that he would curse me. There is no truth when it comes to doing business with some Ghanaians,” he lamented.
Speaking further, Samuel revealed he bought 600 acres of land for farming in Anyinam.
He suffered more Ghanaian dishonesty there, with the chief who sold the land to him later selling the same land to gold miners.
“I call the chief every day to return my money, but he keeps telling me he is ill. I involved the police and they said I’d have to send them money for fuel first,” he cried.
Samuel ended by saying Ghanaians are too dishonest and that even if given free capital, he would never set up a business here again!
