She founded a hair brand, shea butter, and black soap products in her name, and she has been in business since 2018.

Awiyah’s story about how she became an entrepreneur with the help of her mother inspires other young girls like herself.

Her mother, Dentaa Amoateng, is a British-Ghanaian entrepreneur, actress, TV presenter, singer, producer, and manager.

She helped her daughter launch three products in her name, including a hair brand, shea butter, and black soap.

At age six, Princess Awiyah, inspired by the positive remarks from her peers, launched the hair brand for children in 2018.

In 2020, she released her shea butter and black soap.

Her children’s hair extension brand, which she launched before the shea butter product, is meant to reflect her true age.

Princess Awiyah attributes her success to her mother and hopes that children from the diaspora will experience Ghana.
