Busted real estate scammer, Diamond Appiah, has called out a certain Alhaji allegedly owing her money to pay or she curses him.
According to Diamond, the gentleman has been owing her money for a long time and she’s now fed up and wants her cash.
Diamond called him out on social media in an audio gone viral.
You would recollect that Diamond was recently called out by Ayisha Modi, who alleged that she paid her money for some lands she never received.
According to Modi, Diamond essentially scammed her and uses her so-called real estate business to scam people.
She warned Diamond to give her back her money, much in the same way Diamond is calling out someone else here.
Diamond initially tried to deny owing Ayisha money, but then later claimed she should contact a certain ‘Auntie Rita’ for her balance.

Ayisha has gone mute on the case but it’s not clear that Diamond has paid her.
Since she’s now calling out someone owing her, it seems she’s looking for money to settle Ayisha so she stops disgracing her publicly.
