Popular Nigerian Pastor Flying To Kenya For Crusade Nabbed With Drugs At Airport

A popular Nigerian man of God has been arrested at the Nigerian airport by NDLEA agents for carrying 54 sticks of narcotics on him.

Rev. Ugochukwu Emmanuel Ekwem was detained at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Ikeja-Lagos while en route to a three-week long crusade in Nairobi, Kenya.

The General Overseer of Christ Living Hope Church operates his church headquarters at Isuaniocha, Mgbakwu Road, Awka, Anambra State, with two more branches in Lagos and Abuja.

The young and popular pastor admitted to authorities after he was detained.

Rev. Ugochukwu Emmanuel Ekwem said he was carrying the illegal material on him to use during his three-week crusade in Kenya.
