Rumour had it that one of Ghana’s most talented musicians, Shatta Wale, has recorded over 1 billion unreleased songs. Okay, maybe we exaggerated a tad bit, but you get the drift.

Shatta wale was hailed for his consistency in releasing good and bad songs altogether.

With his loyal fans ready to stream all his songs, the ‘Kpuu Kpaa’ crooner made waves almost every day of his life as musician.

From highlife to dancehall, it’s hard to pin him to one particular genre. Ultimately, it is a known fact that he calls himself ‘the dancehall king’.

Stonebwoy would disagree, but we don’t want to let sleeping dogs lie.

Earlier this year, Shatta Wale, while on stage got carried away by the crowd that hailed his name. In that moment, he decided to be a hero by starting unpopular activism against Nigerians.

That episode of his unruly character ended when Burna Boy, ‘The African Giant’ threatened to beat him to a pulp in his backyard. As for Burna Boy, only God will judge him for not fulfilling that promise.

Since that unpleasant scuffle, we’ve enjoyed little to no music from Shatta Wale. Committed to memory, the only song we have heard from him is titled, ‘Landlord’.

However, it would seem Shatta Wale is gradually leaning towards a different line of the entertainment industry as he continues to serve us with photos of his earthly possessions and stylish clothing.
