Another veteran entertainer in Ghana has been captured in a sad state in a video that has gone viral on social media.
Kumiwaa, a veteran Ghanaian actress, could not hold back her tears when some journalists visited her for an exclusive interview.
Apparently, the actress who has thrilled Ghanaians to great movies has been battling sickness for some years and in dire need of help.

Madam Kumiwaa moved many to tears when she emotionally disclosed in the video that she desperately needs the help of Ghanaians to pay for her hospital bills but she would rather suffer in silence than come out to beg.
When asked why are has refused to solicit for funds from the public, the once-active actress, said she is afraid some cold-hearted Ghanaians will rain acid words on her.
Kumiwaa, who is now bedridden, told Mzgee in the interview that she has chosen to keep her plight to herself and pray for God’s intervention rather than bear the terrible insults from critics.
She added that indeed she needs help and would be grateful if people came to her aid and offer support but her dignity is more important and she won’t sell herself cheap.

The actress revealed that she learnt this lesson from how Ghanaians treated her colleague Psalm Adjeteyfio aka TT when the actor came to plead for help on the internet.
Moved by her words, Mzgee asked if she would accept support if the interview go viral and Ghanaians willingly extend a helping hand. The actress answered in the affirmative and said she would thank her maker if someone comes to her aid but she won’t beg like TT.
