Ghana’s Entertainment Industry – An Overlooked Quicksand Sinking Its Creatives Both Young And Old

If the entertainment industry acted more proactively to implement a system that captures data of all its members to ensure they all receive royalties for their work, viral Nigerian upcoming artiste, Potable, wouldn’t be buying a Range Rover before Kwesi Arthur owns one.

Without mincing words, GHAMRO, in particular, is a useless entity that pretends to understand the concept of royalties paid out to talented musicians.

However, it is difficult to discuss these hurdles because the talents have settled for the mediocrity of the Ghana Entertainment Industry.
