One of the most exciting television shows is set to go another season. TV3 Date Rush season 6 is set to premiere tonight, Jan.16, 2022.
Date Rush, since its first episode has been a source of entertainment for many Ghanaian on a Sunday night.
The show works as a match maker for male and female contestants, giving each a chance to access the other to determine if they will suit their taste and preference.
It’s the suspense and hilarious comments from contestants that makes the show loved and one of the most watched television programmes.
5 seasons have gone by and we are yet to see any of the matches that are made on the show settle down as husband and wife but viewers don’t really mind.
Tonight, a new episode starts another run of laughter and mixed emotions on TV3 and Francis Doku, the General Manager of Media General, has promised some interesting goodies concealed in this year’s programs.
According to him, the mammoth crowd that turned up for the season’s audition is an indication that Ghanaians want more than an average show this season.
Mr. Francis Doku said the contestants chosen for this year are ready to bring more fun than the previous seasons including the just ended season were Fatima and Ali made Ghanaians laugh.
“I believe there is a bigger Fatima, Ali, and everyone else who made Date Rush so popular last year.” Also, we’ll be gone for six months this year, starting in January and concluding in July. “
The popular love television reality program in Ghana is set to premiere on TV3 on Sunday, January 16 at 8 PM.
Giovani Caleb and Anita Akuffo are still hosts of the reality show with DJ Phaculty maintaining his DJing duties.
Giovani posted on his Instagram page that he is ready to thrill Ghanaians and has got his game up after many critiques last season.
