Havard Educated Ghanaian Businesswoman Named Strategic Partner Lead for Africa at Microsoft

Ghanaian corporate executive, Angela Kyeremanten-Jimoh, has been named to a prestigious post by Microsoft.

The world-renowned technology and software company has named Kyeremanten-Jimoh the new Strategic Partner Lead for Africa.

According to her, the new role is to build strategic partnerships with governments, telecommunications operators, financial institutions and international firms operating across the continent.

A Harvard Business School graduate, she took over the Microsoft Job after leaving a role at IBM.

She wrote on Instagram: “I am beyond thrilled to join Microsoft as the Strategic Partnership Lead for Africa at the newly formed Africa Transformation Office (ATO).”

In this role my team and I will focus on strategic partnerships with governments, financial institutions, telecommunication operators, multinationals and international organizations across the African continent.

“This is in a bid to fuel Africa’s transformation, scale -up growth and accelerate the ATO’s mission on the continent.”

Angela has over 20 years of experience in leadership, sales and marketing across different sectors.

She’s an alumna of the Havard Business School and has two children.

Aside from Microsoft and IBM, she’s worked for the UBS Investment Bank and ABN AMRO in the UK and GT Bank and UBA Bank in Ghana.
