Award winning Ghanaian broadcaster Mz Gee has disclosed in an interview how her colleagues forced her to quit her job at Multimedia.
Mz Gee told Deloris Frimpong Manso aka Delay that the hate and jealousy Doreen Avio and other colleagues at the media house showed to her made her stay at Multimedia difficult.
According to Mz Gee, these colleagues did not want to see her grow and was jealous of the pace at which she was flourishing.

She added that they formed an alliance against her saying they did not understand why she was chosen to play almost all the important roles in the company although she came to meet them.
This made room for speculations that she was dating Mr. Mark Okraku-Mantey who was the then manager for the station.
Gloria Akpene Acquah also used the opportunity to rubbish speculations that she once dated the current Deputy Minister of Tourism, Okraku-Mantey.
Mz Gee told Delay in that same interview that never did she have an affair with Mark who was then the Programmes Manager at Hitz FM.

She explained that the rumours stemmed from fact that she was closest to Mark Okraku-Mantey and he gave her roles to play in discharge of her duties while she was at Multimedia Group Limited.
MzGee emphasized that she left to work with Media General, the owners of TV3 and 3FM so she would have e room to find the growth she desired.
When asked the relationship with her previous colleagues at Multimedia is, she said she holds no malice against them.
Mz Gee added that she later met and resolved differences between them after Doreen Avio came to apologise.
“After a while, we all had reflections. And I think Doreen has reflected; she’s come to apologize,” she told Delay.
