The actress visited Krobo Odumase in the Eastern Region, where she spent the day with widows and the elderly in the town.
The actress held her birthday party with the group of widows and elderly, and donated some items to them as well.
She visited the Senior Correctional Centre of the Ghana Prison Service where she donated some items to the institution and spent some quality time with the kids.
Speaking at the event, Jackie said she decided to visit the facility because she wanted to do something different for her birthday this year.
She also promised to set up a scholarship through her foundation which can help some needy children at the facility.
Jackie Appiah renovated a section of the Sickle Cell Centre at Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital’s Child Health Department, with the new centre named ‘Jackie’s Appiah’s Corner’.

Jackie funded the renovation of the centre into an ultra-modern daycare facility with fully furnished rooms equipped with televisions, air conditioners and beds and also a fully refurbished washroom.
Jackie Appiah donated items to the pupils of Kogni MA Primary School in Tamale.
Not only did Jackie Appiah give out these items worth thousand of Ghana Cedis but she presented a newly constructed borehole to the community to serve them clean drinking water.
