Alleged Ghanaian billionaire Diamond Appiah might need all that billions she claims to have because it’s been claimed she has lung cancer.
The claim comes from her sworn enemy Adu Safowaa so take it with a pinch of salt.
These two have been beefing since time immemorial and would say literally anything to attack the other.
They’re both shameless and very creative with their allegations so you can’t even tell who is telling the truth.
Adu Safowaa’s latest salvo has landed some powerful blows on Diamond.

She has been calling her an HIV patient already and is now calling her a lung cancer patient as well.
According to her, Diamond has contracted lung cancer from excessive smoking throughout the years and is now dying.
Apparently, this illness is on top of the HIV she’s facing.
Adu Safowaa took to social media to lambast Diamond and her good friend Fufu Funu, sometimes known as Afia Schwarzenegger.
“Sarah biography. 1. 3 different psychiatric homes @ 45 years. 2. 8 times in Cells for frauding, kromfuo King Kong Saadwee 3. Suffering from lung cancer currently due to excessive smoking.
“Saadwee & FF buy HIV AIDS DRUGS at the same HOSPITAL. You never made it to Fame/Celebrity world after 20 years of struggle. Star word koraa dodge you, haha Boi I am a stubborn youngster that do not need a team to be me.
“I AM THE TOUGHEST. Sorry I don’t belong to ur Ashawo clan sleeping with house security men for feelings … BE REMINDING FF oooo, if you are enemies but friends on the gram Miss your drugs, grave straight.. hahaha,” she wrote.

Don’t be surprised if Diamond also comes out to tell us that Adu Safowaa has leukaemia or something similarly ridiculous.
