Kevin Taylor has gladly reacted to the latest defamation suit Assin Central MP Kennedy Agyapong slapped on him in a US court.
Hon. Ken Agyapong claimed Kevin Taylor has made a series of “false and defamatory statements in a series of videos and an email correspondence published by Defendants (Kevin Taylor and Loud Silence Media) via Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms about Plaintiff”.
According to the member of Parliament, Kevin Taylor and his media house had referred to him as a “murderer, drug dealer, drug addict, thief, and green card fraudster” on several occasions.
“The factual background given in support of the action states among others that the defendants till date continue to repeat these false and defamatory statements about Plaintiff on their social media platforms, while other news outlets or platforms have also shared or republished the Defendants’ false statements,” Part of Agyapong’s suit read.
Ken Agyapong therefore filed a 9.5million dollar defamation suit in a US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia against Kelvin Taylor.

He is seeking seven (7) reliefs from the Virginia court, including an apology and an injunction prohibiting Kevin Taylor from posting on any media outlet any further defamatory remarks.
Responding to Ken’s lawsuit, Taylor said he’s ready for the controversial MP and advised he gets the bests lawyers because it won’t be an easy case.
Kelvin Taylor vowed to bring the Assin Central MP to his knees pointing out that the case is a libel case and therefore the MP will have to prove himself in court.
He added that he’ll make the judge aware of how Kennedy threatened Ghanaian judges and they’ll see if it goes down well with the U.S judge.
