Shatta Wale says he wants to spend the rest of his life in jail after appearing this first court date today.
Wale has been remanded into jail for one week, and when he was leaving the court he was screaming that he’s prepared to spend the rest of his life in hail.
He doesn’t appear to have any remorse for his actions.
The incarcerated dancehall king has spent the last two nights in jail and was arraigned before court today.
According to reports from the court, the trial judge denied him bail and remanded Wale and his two accomplices into police custody for one week.
Whilst leaving the court premises in police custody, Wale screamed that he’s ready to be jailed for the rest of his life.
He apparently sees himself as some sort of martyr and not a confused celebrity who engaged in a useless publicity stunt.
Watch his outburst below…
Wale was arrested by police late Tuesday, October 19th, after claiming that he had been shot and was in critical condition the previous day.
He was arrested for causing fear and panic among the populace.
Since his arrest, Wale’s supporters have been claiming that he should be freed because he was just making a point about doom prophecies from pastors.
In fact, they claim the police should apologise to him for arresting him and free him.
The legal system is not interested in that and Wale would be spending the next one week in jail.
