Many celebrities are still mourning the death of highlife legend Nana Kwame Ampadu and celebrating his memory and legacy on social media.
Before his death, Nana Kwame Ampadu nurtured a tall list of current musicians into the stars they are today.
One of such is multiple award winning rapper Sarkodie who has shared a rare advice Nana Ampadu sent him in a voice note.

Paying tribute to the late musician this morning, Sarkodie posted a video of when he met the highlife doyen sometime ago.
King Sark included in the video a voice note which contained an advice he says changed his life forever.
Nana Ampadu could be heard saying “don’t bring things that doesn’t promote your life on social media . If even someone does something to you, don’t let social media hear if even they ask you, brush it off”.
“People watch things, don’t let people drag you into their mud,” the voice continued.

Sarkodie captioned the post “Your random Voice notes are everything Daddy … Rest Well and keep watching over us #RIP #Legend “Nana Kwame Ampadu”.
A few months ago, King Sark shared a snippet of a yet to be released single he had recorded with the legend.
The Ghanaian highlife legend was reported dead yesterday, September 28, 2021. The ‘Obra’ singer passed on at 76-years-old at the Legon Hospital in Accra where he was receiving treatment for an illness.
