Here is a list of African celebrities who own the biggest and most expensive mansions on the continent.

GhanaCelebrities.Com scanned all the countries in Africa and brought together 10 of the biggest and most expensive mansions owned by a celebrity.

Nigeria dominated the list with seven of the ten top celebrities hailing from the country.

Unfortunately, Ghana could not be listed as none of our celebrities, including East Legon Landlady and the richest musician Shatta Wale, could afford to build such mansions.

The Tanzanian superstar has mansions littered all over Africa but his $400,000 mansion in Tanzania earned him a spot on the list.

9. AY De Comedian

Nigerian comedian AY ranks number 9 with his $3.2m mansion in his home country.

8. 2Baba

Innocent Idibia aka 2baba comes in at number 8 with a mansion estimated to cost around $3.8 million.

He owns two mansions in Lagos and a getaway mansion in Ikeja.

7. Timaya

Nigerian singer-songwiriter Timaya holds the fort for his fans at number seven with a $2.8 million mansion.

6. Davido

The list wouldn’t have been complete without the name of spoilt rich kid and musician David Adeleke.

Aside owning a private jet, Davido also fancies the best of luxury apartments.

He recently bought a mansion for his 30billion gang members, whilst he owns his own mansion at the luxurious Banana Island which cost over $4.8 million.

MAVINS records CEO Don Jazzy broke the list in two with his luxury apartment located at Banana Island.

Nigerian brothers Peter and Paul Okoye owns one of the biggest mansions in Africa and they rank 4th on our list.

As at the time the list was compiled, the two brothers had unresolved issues relating to their partnership.

Linda is a celebrated blogger and one of the richest bloggers on the continent.

Her 6 bedroom mansion at Banana Island places her at number three on our list.

Famous South African presenter Bonang owns a luxury apartment in one of the most expensive estates in Africa, the Waterfall Country Estate.

29-year old rapper Casper owns the most expensive and biggest house in Africa.
