TV3 has sacked bigger and better presenters than Mona Gucci for ‘tarnishing their brand’ and whatever those presenters are alleged to have done, Mona has done and even more.
The parent company of TV3, Media General, is being advised by fans to sack Mona Gucci for tarnishing their brand.
Mona left Kantanka TV under a cloud of controversy in April this year.
She had started a beef with Nana Ama McBrown which she had no hope of winning and the disgrace she brought to the company led to her departure.
Mona initially tried to do damage control by claiming she quit to further her education, but she then took a job with Meda General’s Onua TV later that same month.
It became immediately clear her excuse for leaving Kantanka was false.
Immediately Mona joined Media General, Ghanaians started wondering how long she will last there.
TV3 throughout the years have been ruthless in firing presenters they think are tarnishing their image with no mercy.
Nana Aba Anamoah and Abena Korkor are just two examples with many more out there.
Mona is on Onua TV so has a bit more leeway but she’s still under the Media General banner.
With her beef with Joyce Boakye now totally descended into the gutter, Ghanaians are calling for Media General to let her go.
One comment GhanaCelebrities.Com has spotted on social media warns Mona Gucci that she will be in trouble if she doesn’t change her actions.
“…Th way Mona Gucci is behaving dierr I don’t think Media General will renew her six months contract o because she’s spoiling the brand,” the user wrote.
It’s hard to disagree with any word in that comment.
