The campaign garnered massive attention and support likewise attacks from politicians and blind activists.
It has been faced with good and bad moments including the arrest of Efia Odo and the death of Kaaka, both activists charting the FixTheCountry campaign.
Videos have been sighted of the campaigners converging at ‘Obra Spot’ at Kwame Nkrumah Circle to begin the protest.
They will walk the principal streets of Accra and finally assemble at the Independence Square.
Acting Inspector General of Police (IGP), Dr George Akuffo Dampare, has pledged to provide maximum security during the #FixTheCountry protest.
The protest has become necessary although the government responded to the aggrieved youth by outlining initiatives it has implemented to build the human capital in the country.
