Black Sherif seems to have made a lot of waves in the past few weeks, but there are those who have not a single clue as to who he is.
Black Sherif AKA Blacko is arguably the biggest young artist of the moment, sweeping the airwaves and the internet with his groundbreaking ‘Second Sermon’ which is doing wonders on Youtube.
Barely 19 years of age, Blacko has done what it takes others in the industry years to do and he is set to only grow bigger.
International and local artists alike have applauded the fiery youngster and expressed a desire to work with him in the near future.

Black Sherif has blown up such that he is being compared to established acts like Sarkodie and his likes, with none other than Angel Obinim making a reaction video to the song and shaking Ghana Twitter while at it.
Needless to say, the ‘Second Sermon’ hitmaker is only getting started and there are high expectations of him. Abeiku Santana even claims to have had a dream where he saw Blacko taking over the music industry.
From his catalogue thus far, Abeiku Santana is probably on to something.
Meanwhile, there is a demographic that is completely clueless as to who Black Sherif is.
Most of the people going crazy about him are people who relate to life on the streets and the untold struggles the youth go through. It makes sense then that this university lecturer presumably from Blacko’s school UPSA was blessed with the presence of the young superstar and just could not be bothered.
