Taylor, in one of his contentious radio programs, alleged that Sarkodie is deeply affiliated with the political party and cannot even raise a finger against them lest he risks losing his daily bread.

He alleged that he has evidence to prove Sarkodie has been to the Jubilee House several times for cash after campaigning for the party during the 2020 General election.

Rumor has it that Sarkodie received a huge brown envelope filled with an undisclosed amount of money from NPP leaders to campaign for them during the 2020 election.

He did his bid and the results were revealed after he released his song “Happy Day” featuring Kuami Eugene, the rumor added.

Many opposition leaders fueled the above allegations but could not provide a single evidence to back their claims.

Sarkodie never came out to deny or confirm the allegation made against him by some industry players.

He just left social media users and even Kuami Eugene with many unanswered questions with regards to his connection with the New Patriotic Party(NPP).
