Today marks exactly seven years when the country was thrown into a state of mourning following the shocking disappearance of celebrated Ghanaian musician Castro.
Barring any last minute miracle, the musician who would have turned 39 last May is set to be legally declared dead.
The Evidence Act of 1975, Section 33 stipulates that position after several diligent and persistent efforts have been made to find him.
This means that the court can finally truncate any contract including marriage and business deals the “Odo Pa” hitmaker was involved in thereby releasing all the other parties from that bond.
