I Warned Him But He Didn’t Listen – Wife Of Fix The Country Campaigner Who Has Been Killed Speaks

Zahadu Hudu, wife of Ibrahim Mohammed, ‘Fix The Country’ campaigner who has been killed by mob attack has spoken.

Zahadu Hudu has spoken about how her husband was gruesomely beaten until he fell unconscious by some residents of Sabonline in Ejura.

According to report, Ibrahim Mohammed known on social media as Macho Kaaki was attacked on Saturday, June 26th around 1:30am.

In an interview on Citi News, his wife revealed that they heard him shouting in the middle of the night and they found him unconscious when they attended to him.

“In the early hours of Saturday, we heard a loud noise in the house. I thought my husband was driving away goats from the house at the time. Little did I know that he was being attacked. We saw him in a pool of blood. The people bolted as soon as we opened the door to check what was happening.”

They rushed him to Ejura Sekyeredumase District Hospital but he was later transferred to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital when his situation got worse. Unfortunate he passed on today, Monday, June 28th 2021.

Speaking in an interview, Ibrahim Mohammed’s wife, Madam Zahadu disclosed that she warned him to quit his social media political activism after he received some threats from some unknown persons.

According to her, she has always advised her husband to put a stop to it but he never listened.

“Before the attack, he told me that someone had warned him against posting some issues on social media. I even warned him to stop since that could lead to his death but he wouldn’t listen. I know the person that issued the warning to my husband. We want the police to thoroughly conduct investigations into it to ensure the perpetrators are arrested,”

The police is said to have already launched investigation into the matter but they are yet to grab any suspect. They are therefore relying on the general public for viable information.
