The Manhyia Palace has reportedly rejected the apology submitted to them in written form by Bishop Dag Heward-Mills.

In the said audio, the Lighthouse Chapel founder was heard attacking the Otumfour, Osei Tutu II.

Heward-Mills said that Otumfour Osei Tutu sleeps around – he noted he travels to sleep with different women and currently has a chain of women who warm his bed.

He addd that Otumfuo has no legacy to leave his people aside a legacy of lavish parties and extravgant funerals.

His comments predictably led to a backlash against him.

Heward-Mills swiftly came out to apologise, but he did not do so in a personal nature.

We all heard his voice as he attacked Otumfuo but when it came time to apologise, he wrote a letter to Manhyia Palace.

Starr Fm is reporting that his letter has been rejected!

According to the radio station, Heward-Mills has been asked to come out and publicly apologise to Otumfuo.

Failure to do that would attract whatever consequences the Ashanti King deems fit for the preacher.

This is the 2nd major scandal engulfing Dag Heward-Mills in just a few months.

Earlier this year, six pastors sued his church for failure to pay their social security (SSNIT) benefits for decades.

The pastors also alleged abuse and exploitation against the church and Bishop.

The case remains in court.
