Award winning Ghanaian singer and songwriter Gladstorm Kwabena Akwaboah Jnr., famed as Akwaboah has addressed a year old news that a woman has cursed him for using and dumping her.

Afia Schwarzenegger on March 20, 2020 alleged that Akwaboah was funding his music career with money from a woman who lived abroad and that the woman was not pleased after detecting that the musician was duping her.

News went viral that the lady had cursed Akwaboah’s entire family with blindness and the curse has even began with one family member already blind.

A pastor also delved into the issue by confirming that Akwaboah has been cursed indeed and he needs to visit his church to revert the curses.

Akwaboah reacting to the news told Andy Dosty that it was true that a lady cursed him but the curse was not because she was used and dumped as speculated.

He disclosed that the lady in question was his baby mama who they have a daughter together and she was not pleased about certain happenings and she resulted to curses to register her displeasure.

Akwaboah hammered home the point that he has never in his life taken a dime from any woman to fund his music career as the previous story alleged.

When asked why his baby mama cursed him, Akwaboah refused to answer and told Andy Dosty to move on to another question because he does not want to give that information out in public.

He however said they are best of friends now and she has apologized for cursing him in public. Akwaboah added that his baby mama even came to Ghana to remarry and she spoke to him about her decision.
