The Ghanaian media fraternity has been thrown into a state of mourning following the death of veteran broadcast journalist, Mr Sekyere Poporo Boateng.
His death is reported by fellow journalist, Afia Pokua on her Facebook page.

Even though the true cause of his death is not yet known, according to reports he battled ill health.
Sekyere Poporo Boateng worked as an Akan news presenter on Adom FM, Happy FM, Peace FM, Hot FM, GBC1 and retired before his untimely death.
