The belated fashionista, boutique owner and unofficial comedian revealed to bloggers that he’s about to tie tie knot very soon.

He also said on that day – all guests are going to be wearing nothing but kilts – aka skirts!

He dresses as weirdly as he can to get attention but now he’s about to inflict it on all his wedding guests!
