He also said on that day – all guests are going to be wearing nothing but kilts – aka skirts!

Osebo became infamous in showbiz for his bizarre fashion sense, particularly when it comes to wearing of skirts.

He dresses as weirdly as he can to get attention but now he’s about to inflict it on all his wedding guests!
